Elizabeth Duile is an author, a Certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker and Trainer.
She is the founder and lead coach at Elizabeth Duile Leadership and Development Consults, a knowledge based organization set up to provide human capital development through trainings and consultancies. Elizabeth is also the co-founder of CIVITAS AUXILLIUM FOUNDATION (CAF), an NGO that helps vulnerable women especially those who are victims of violence and terrorism get their lives back.
Elizabeth has over 13 years experience working in the development sector, where she worked as a Program Manager for various PEPFAR and NON PEPFAR funded NGOs in Nigeria.
She has trained and spoken on several platforms and she lends her expertise as a consultant and trainer to both start-ups and established companies to maximise their potentials through her Peak Performance sessions.
As a transformational Leadership and accountability trainer and coach, Elizabeth uses her expertise and experiences to empower her clients and deploys result based coaching tools, to transform their lives. Elizabeth holds a Bachelors degree in Medical Lab Science, an Msc in Social Works and is a project Manager.
